Lunar Abundance by Ezzie Spencer

Change is upon us – what to do?

Dr Ezzie Spencer Lunar Abundance Change

Change is upon us.

You can see it in the streets, feel it in your belly.

Many are saying this is the rising of the feminine.

Do you feel that?

And how are you responding?

One of the biggest tests is to stay open and relaxed when the world shows you its chaotic face.

Being relaxed does not mean that you opt out – far from it.

You can be in it, in a state of relaxed presence.

The clarion call now is to : connect. Connect with each other, connect with ourselves, connect with the divine, and connect with our world, natural and social.

How to do that? Here are some of my ideas:

Engage:

  • show up each day with kindness and compassion, presence and curiosity;
  • organise and attend get-togethers, gather with your sisters in real life, open to listening to diverse views;
  • if you’re lucky enough to be in a democracy, vote, contact your political reps on issues important to you, participate in govt/law-reform inquiries for structural change;
  • volunteer your time or donate to causes you care about, offer your knowledge.

And don’t forget to nurture yourself:

  • tune into your own rhythms, listen to your body, practice deep self-care.
  • give yourself permission to relax and restore so you can keep showing up.
  • work with the cycles of nature, allow yourself to find your sustainable flow.
  • stay focused and keep participating in creating your abundant life.

To support you with the latter — I just hosted a free, online workshop on lunar intention-setting.

If you couldn’t make it: The workshop replay is here.

(I’d love to hear your thoughts about it).

For me, following the moon cycle has been one essential way to (keep) reconnecting with myself, with my femininity, with the cycles of my body and with the cycles of nature.

Following the yin phases of the moon cycle has been one way to take care of myself so that I can keep giving from an abundant place.

Setting intentions at the New Moon, and working with these through all phases of the moon cycle, has been a much-needed support to stay calm and focused in a rapidly changing world.

Take the time to connect with yourself, set an intention at the next New Moon (I show you how in the workshop replay), and take care of yourself – consistently.

And then, connect. Consistently. The world needs you.

Love

Ezzie
